Discovering and balancing the seven chakras and their associated chakras to up-level and align your life, body, heart, mind and Soul.

Throughout the months, you will :
• Discover or better understand the different chakras,
• Undertake a rebalancing work
• Be liberated from blocks, restrictions, vows and beliefs that are limiting you
• Learn and practice different harmonization and clearing methods that you can easily use in your daily life

Chakras are energy centers in our body that regulate the flow of energy throughout the meridians allowing energy to be sent to every part.

Sometimes chakras become blocked because of stress, emotional or physical problems. If the body’s ‘energy system’ cannot flow freely it is likely that problems will occur. The consequence of irregular energy flow may result in physical illness and discomfort or a sense of being mentally and emotionally out of balance.

Discover and experiment simple methods to :

The first workshop in the series of 7 workshops of the program "Discovering the chakras", "Anchor and Vitality" is dedicated to the harmonization of the first chakra (Root Chakra or Maladhara) and associated chakras.

Femininity and Creativity

Saturday February 19th 2022 from 2 pm to 6 pm.

The workshop "Femininity and creativity" is dedicated to the harmonization of the second chakra (Sacred Chakra or Hara) and associated chakras.

This chakra is part of the three chakras that form the basis of a solid energy foundation.

This workshop offers an energy adjustment so that you can connect to your feminine energy and all its benefits (whether you are woman or man), develop your creativity and enjoy a healthy and fulfilled sexuality.

Its harmonization is essential to feel good in your body and your life, to develop your confidence in yourself and your joy of living.

Emotions and Identity

Saturday March 19th 2022 from 2 pm to 6 pm.

The workshop « Emotions and Identity » is dedicated to the harmonization of the third chakra (Chakra of the Solar Plexus) and the associated chakras.

This workshop offers an energetic realignment so that you can free yourself from emotional stress, repressed, ignored and buried emotions, and let them go with softness and affirmation of yourself.

It also allows you to reconnect with your courage, your identity, your strength of character, the recognition of yourself and your value.

Love and Respect

The « Love and Respect » workshop is dedicated to the harmonization of the fourth chakra (Heart Chakra) and the associated chakras.

Communication and Potential

Saturday May 21st 2022 from 2 pm to 6 pm.

The workshop « Communication and Potential » is dedicated to the harmonization of the fifth chakra, Vishuddha. It is the centre of communication, self-expression and development of the potential.

Vision and Knowledge

Saturday June 11th 2022 from 2 pm to 6 pm.

The “Vision and Knowledge” workshop is dedicated to the sixth chakra, Ajna (third eye chakra).

It is the chakra of self-reflection, clairvoyance and inner balance.

You feel insecure, you are hypersensitive to the feelings of others,

You have a tendency to excessive intellectualization or, on the contrary, to mysticism and irrationality, with, in both cases, an unconscious rejection of the body, material things and pleasure.

You’re having a hard time concentrating and thinking clearly.

You have vision problems, frequent migraines or neck pain.

This workshop will help you reharmonize the sixth chakra, allowing you a clear vision, connection to your deep intuition and knowledge.

Intuition and Wisdom

Saturday July 16th 2022 from 2 pm to 6 pm.

In the workshop « Intuition and Wisdom » we will address the seventh chakra called "Sahasrara" (Coronal Chakra or Crown Chakra) which is the source of the finest and most delicate human vibrations.

The 7th chakra is connected with the pineal gland and our spiritual guide. In popular Christian imagery it is represented by the halo of the saints.

He is the perfect illustration of the Universal, Divine Consciousness, transcending the action of all the other chakras, and opening to us the doors of the Kingdom of All That is.
